Things are going to seem a little different during your next visit. Following the Government’s guidelines, we have now put control measures in place to keep both you and our teams safe.
Listed below are the control measures which have been put in place:
Encouraging you to book online before you arrive
Asking you to complete all Safety Contracts before you arrive
Reduced capacity for the number of jumpers in any one session
Only allowing 1 spectator per jumpe
Temperature checking our team and all customers on arrival
Asking you to sanitise your hands on entrance to the building
Floor markings around the park to help maintain social distancing
Our team will be required to wear masks and gloves during their shift
Team members working in reception or the café will be required to wear a head visor and gloves
Sanitising stations will be located around the park and nearby specific pieces of equipment to encourage regular use
Increased cleaning of regularly touched surfaces by our team
Table service will be provided within the café area
Designated areas for spectators in each jump hour
We ask that you vacate the premises 15 minutes after your jump has finished to allow us enough time to clean and sanitise for the next hour
If you have a double hour you will be asked to move the opposite area of the café for the duration of your second hour.
Please remember if you or any member of your family are experiencing any symptoms of the virus, to stay at home and follow the Government advise. Please bear with our team whilst we implement these measures, and remember, these measures are for both yours and our team’s safety.
