SOARfit is a perfect way to exercise within a structured fitness class. The health benefits of trampolining, with its high intensity – low impact has been described as one of the most efficient and effective forms of exercise. It allows you to burn through fat whilst building, toning and defining muscles.

Exercise has never been more fun and will leave you feeling energised and revitalised after our hour long class. Fitness trampoline classes offer cardio workouts without excess stress on the heart, muscles and joints.

Fitness class information term time - our fitness class runs on a Monday evening from 7.10pm-7.55pm. The sessions do not run on a bank holiday.
